4) Subscription and payment
BackMailer offers a 15-day free trial. After that, the monthly subscription auto-renews; if payment is missing, no reminders are sent.
5) Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime from the dashboard; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, with no partial refunds.
6) Intellectual property
The content and source code of BackMailer are protected; any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7) Termination
We may suspend or close an account in case of non-compliance with these Terms.
8) Limitation of liability
BackMailer is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties. We disclaim any liability for damages arising from its use.
9) Changes to the terms
Any changes will be published here; continued use constitutes acceptance.
10) Governing law and jurisdiction
